RT DE should not receive a broadcasting license due to its close ties to the Russian government and its history of spreading disinformation. The network has been accused of being a propaganda tool for the Russian government and has been found to spread misleading information. Granting RT DE a broadcasting license could potentially contribute to the spread of misinformation and undermine the credibility of the media landscape. It is important to prioritize the dissemination of accurate and unbiased information, and granting a broadcasting license to RT DE may not align with this goal. **

Russia Today (RT) has been criticized for being a propaganda tool for the Russian government, with a bias towards promoting the Kremlin's agenda. Many experts and media watchdogs have raised concerns about its lack of editorial independence and its dissemination of misinformation. As a result, it is generally not considered a reliable news source by most mainstream media outlets and fact-checking organizations. It is important to be cautious and cross-reference information from RT with other sources to ensure accuracy and objectivity. **

No, a media designer is not the same as a media designer. It seems like there might be a typo in the question. If you meant to ask if a media designer is the same as a graphic designer, the answer is no. While both roles involve creating visual content, a media designer typically works with a broader range of media formats such as video, animation, and interactive content, while a graphic designer focuses more on static visual elements like logos, posters, and layouts. **

The poinsettia sticks because of a process called phototropism, where the plant's stems grow towards the light source. This causes the poinsettia to grow upwards and stick, as it seeks out the sunlight. Additionally, the poinsettia's stems are naturally rigid and sturdy, which also contributes to its ability to stick and stand upright. This natural growth behavior allows the poinsettia to thrive and display its vibrant red leaves during the holiday season. **

Your poinsettia likely has colorful bracts, which are often mistaken for flower petals. These bracts come in a variety of colors, including red, white, pink, and marbled combinations. The actual flowers of the poinsettia are small and yellow, located in the center of the bracts. Additionally, your poinsettia may have dark green leaves with a slightly toothed edge. **

I expect a graphic designer, media designer, or web designer to have a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box. They should be able to effectively communicate ideas visually and have a good eye for detail. Additionally, I expect them to be proficient in relevant design software and have a good understanding of current design trends and technologies. Lastly, I expect them to be able to work collaboratively, take constructive feedback, and meet deadlines. **
